## Medical Radiation Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Radiation Technologist to join our team at the Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm, BC. This is a casual opportunity, which means work requirements can vary between zero and 37.5 hours per week. Work will be available on a short-notice, on-call basis and/or blocks of shifts pre-scheduled to relieve leaves of absences. ### Key Responsibilities

* Perform radiographic/fluoroscopic, CT scans, and related duties working in conjunction with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
* Work in a busy facility located on the Trans-Canada Highway, capturing the needs of several surrounding communities.
* Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

### What You Will Work On

* The Medical Radiography Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures, including radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT scans.
* Work with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
* Participate in the development and implementation of imaging protocols and procedures.

### Compensation

* Effective April 01, 2024, the hourly wage will be $36.69 to $45.81 per hour.
