Job Description

We're seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in all stages of course development, from requirements gathering to testing;
  • Providing input to our technical road map and contributing to the development of our NI Learning Services portfolios;
  • Collaborating with quality and training delivery partners to ensure seamless issue tracking and resolution;
  • Working closely with business development primes to respond to customer-specific training requests;
  • Innovating new formats for learning products to meet the evolving needs of our workplace;
  • Creating needs assessments for learning products;
  • Defining learning objectives for courses and learning products;
  • Developing course content, instructor guides, and lab guides;
  • Developing and grading written and practical lab exams;
  • Delivering pilot and beta courses, as well as instructor train-the-trainer sessions;
  • Supporting NI Learning Services Program participants.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree or college diploma in Networking, Computer Science, Software, or a related technology discipline, or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent business acumen, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • A passion for problem-solving and attention to detail;
  • Nokia Service Routing Certification (NRS-II/ SRA), Cisco Certification (CCIE Routing & Switching or Service Provider), and/or Juniper Certification (JNCIP/JNCIE), or equivalent experience (desired);
  • Experience with the Nokia Network Services Platform, DevOps / DevNet / NetOps methodologies, and relevant work experience with a telecommunications equipment vendor or service provider (desired).
