Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and executing software test plans, supporting automation strategies for large and small features on CNS CMG product, and designing, developing, scripting, executing, and maintaining sophisticated tests to verify conformance of features and their functionality implemented by Engineering against requirements specifications laid out by Product Management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, modify, and execute software test plans.
  • Support, lead, develop, partner, and implement automation strategies for large and small features on CNS CMG product.
  • Design, develop, script, execute, and maintain sophisticated tests to verify conformance of features and their functionality implemented by Engineering against requirements specifications laid out by Product Management.
  • Be responsible for driving features to completion (ready for GA release) and will therefore be in close contact with software developers, test engineers, tools engineers, product managers, technical documentation writers, and support teams to deliver feature functionality in the MG product.
  • Play a role in system design so that Quality Assurance is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the product.
Requirements
  • Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Ksh/Bash.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols such as IPv6/IPv4 and TCP and troubleshooting.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Location

This position can be remote, but we encourage candidates to work from one of our offices located in major cities around the world.
