Senior Technology and Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology and Operations Executive to join our team at SUNRISE INFOVISION CORPORATE LTD. as a Vice President of Technology and Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of work and minimizing errors.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and sound judgement in decision-making.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Work Term and Language: Work on a permanent basis, with English as the primary language of communication.
- Working Hours: Work 35 hours per week, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
