Project Director

Westfine Meats Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead new projects and enhance production capabilities. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have strong attention to detail, and be a self-motivated individual with experience dealing with multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners, clients, and vendors to deliver projects according to plan
Design, execute, coordinate, and complete projects/programs
Monitor project progress and work with departments/staff
Ensure project transparency with timely and clear progress updates to senior management
Use business intelligence tools to provide insight into project progression and action items
Identify efficiencies or process improvement opportunities within project life cycle
Communicate risks, issues, or delays to projects
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Provide overall site support for Project Management
Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related field and equivalent experience in a related role
5+ years project management expertise with a track record of success
Food Manufacturing experience minimum 1 year
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be open to change
Effective self-management, good problem-solving skills, planning, organizing, and priority setting skills
Demonstrated strong networking and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and guide team members throughout the organization
