As a sales intern with CB Canada, you'll embark on a dynamic journey that combines sales skills with hands-on experience. Spend your work week in the field, meeting with customers and helping them grow their business with our products.
About the Role
- As an intern, you'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- You'll have the opportunity to visit a wide range of customers within your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales, including product training and sales techniques.
- You'll also have the chance to network with fellow interns and professionals at social events, further enhancing your professional development.
- Phone and car allowance will be provided to support your sales activities.
- Opportunities for full-time employment upon graduation will be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand sales growth within assigned territory through consultative selling approaches.
- Coordinate and complete over 200+ sales visits throughout the summer.
- Offer practical solutions to large and small companies using our 40,000+ item catalog.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Attend weekly sales meetings with sales staff.
Requirements
- Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and team player skills.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Open to sophomore and junior status students.
