About This Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Agent to assist our team in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a key member of the Online River team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and software systems.
  • Data Verification: Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain electronic records in a manner that is accessible and secure.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Data Review: Review data for completeness and follow up with relevant teams to clarify discrepancies.
  • Data Backup: Perform regular data backups to ensure the safety and security of all entered information.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from the entered data as needed.
  • Data Quality Control: Assist in implementing data quality control procedures and standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
Requirements
  • Typing Speed: High typing speed with accuracy is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly and take corrective action.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing and organizing large volumes of data systematically.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools.
  • Data Management: Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise.
  • Confidentiality: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of keeping sensitive information secure.
