Job Title: Store Team SupervisorWe are seeking a Store Team Supervisor to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Store Team Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by making important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously developing and empowering your team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
