Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales workers, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to:
- Assign tasks to sales workers to ensure efficient store operations;
- Hire and train new staff members to meet business needs;
- Maintain accurate records of sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;
- Address customer complaints and resolve supply shortages in a timely manner;
- Organize inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstocking;
- Schedule and coordinate activities of sales workers to meet business objectives.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, making attention to detail and strong organizational skills essential. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
