About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Operations Officer to join our team at the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the advancement of healthcare on Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate donor lists for direct mail, newsletter, and email programs
  • Analyze fundraising campaign data to inform strategies and optimize results
  • Design and implement donor management system and database processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data projects and implement new technologies
  • Lead data and process automations and integrations between different data sources and technology platforms
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT software and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
