We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facility Operations Manager to lead our service management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and installation activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in service management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of service technicians. Your expertise in maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and optimizing operational efficiency will be essential to driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services as appropriate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Red Seal Certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in the trade industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

 

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
