**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement technical strategies for backend services and DevOps with the CTO, driving the technical roadmap forward.
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Carry out managerial duties, including salary reviews, professional development, and performance management, to foster a high-performing team.
  • Lead by example, getting hands-on with code to demonstrate technical expertise and inspire team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical solutioning sessions, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle for multiple services and applications, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and meet rigorous quality control standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 10+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing and managing a Development Team.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of web frameworks/technologies (AJAX, RESTful services, JSON), HTML/HTML5/CSS, and responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies for Web App, Web APIs.

**Education and Experience:**

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field.
