Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical strategy with the CTO, advancing the technical roadmap.
- Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Carry out managerial duties, including salary reviews, professional development, and performance management.
- Lead by example, getting hands-on with code to drive technical excellence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical solutioning sessions.
- Manage the software development lifecycle for multiple services and applications, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and rigorous quality control.
- 10+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Technologies.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing and managing a development team.
- Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge in web frameworks/technologies (AJAX, RESTful services, JSON).
- Knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies for Web App, Web APIs.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar position.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field.
