Project Manager/Quotations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the high-end architectural lighting solutions industry. As a Project Manager/Quotations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. You will lead a team of project coordinators, manage project budgets, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 5-10 project coordinators and guide them through project timelines, deliverables, and client interactions.
  • Manage project budgets, oversee quotations, and set pricing strategies that align with both client expectations and company profitability.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source premium lighting products and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from design through installation.
  • Conduct presentations to clients, offering creative lighting solutions that push boundaries.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and technical standards throughout the project.

About You
  • You have a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction, Design, or a related field.
  • You have PMP certification (or working towards it) and 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a general contractor or building materials company.
  • You have strong knowledge of the construction process from start to finish.
  • You have exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience leading teams of 5-10 people.
  • You have experience in pricing strategies, quotations, and budget management.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
