Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Work Conditions

Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language

English language proficiency required.

Work Term

Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
