Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that our restaurant is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
