Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Param's Quick Lube and Repairs. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, customers, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to new team members and assist in the development of our administrative procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
