Job Title: Pastor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastor to join our team at Toronto Calvary Cross Church. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in guiding our congregation and fostering a sense of belonging among our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meaningful religious services that inspire and uplift our congregation.
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals, with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Provide spiritual and moral guidance to our members, offering support and counsel when needed.
  • Supervise and administer programs of religious education, ensuring our community remains informed and engaged.
  • Deliver sermons and talks that promote spirituality and inspire personal growth.
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our congregation.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey messages and ideas.
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment, with a strong understanding of religious practices and traditions.
