Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead our Major Component Replacement (MCR) division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4-year university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
