We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Easy Skill. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: A 4-year university degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in an industrial or construction setting, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Certifications: Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project or Program Management Professional (PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.
