Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
About the Role:
The Technical IT Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, and overseeing the execution of projects within the company's hydraulic services division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
- Coordinate IT projects, including designing and deploying new IT systems and services to support business operations.
- Direct and control daily IT operations to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures for IT projects to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements and make recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure data security and integrity.
- Autorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
