Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Operations Lead to join our team at Viking Security Services Inc.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of property management companies. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to work effectively with rental agents, building superintendents, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and train rental agents and building superintendents to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts for property services such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of projects, monitor progress, and manage costs on behalf of property owners.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare regular expense and income reports for property owners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job that requires frequent travel to various locations. The work term is permanent, and the work hours are 30 per week. The language of work is English.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
