Sales Operations Manager

Krystalite Gt Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales administration.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Permanent employment.
- English language as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 40 hours per week of work.
