About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at WestRock, a leading provider of paper and packaging solutions. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production and maintenance supervisors, reliability and process engineers, project managers, and sector OMCs to develop and implement effective maintenance plans.
- Track equipment history, costs, and repairs to inform proactive planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or planning role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems and ERP software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
