About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to resolve operational and repetitive problems in the assigned sector.
- Collaborate with sector personnel to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.
- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance, and participate in project development, continuous improvement, and health and safety initiatives.
- May be assigned to production or maintenance departments for supervisory, planning, or production/maintenance management roles.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Be a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or in the process of becoming one.
- Have strong prioritization skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Exhibit dynamism, autonomy, and rigor.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
