Central Services Leadership Role

We are seeking a Senior Program and Services Manager to lead our Central Services Hub team, coordinating donor relations, managing operations, and applying process and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities- Lead the Central Services Hub team by selecting, coaching, developing, guiding, supporting, and directing team members.
- Develop and execute a specific team strategy and plan to support Alliance Canada's Mission and strategy.
- Manage assigned budget and resources.
- Coordinate Donor Relations through ongoing communication and engagement with donors, planning and executing donor campaigns, and transactional processing of donations.
- Manage Operations including facility use, meeting spaces, supplies, cleaning, and maintenance, as well as event planning for hosting between 10–100 guests.
- Apply Process and Project Management methodologies by tracking key initiatives to optimize processes and increase effectiveness.
- Manage policy documentation relating to multiple levels within denomination.
- Safeguard Safe Ministries administratively.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with external contacts, including Consultants, Vendors, and Lawyers.
- Bachelor's degree in administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of all areas being supervised, in-depth knowledge, and minimum 5 years experience in one or more of those areas.
- Proficiency with software tools such as Office 365 and Rock RMS.
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Current member (or working towards membership) in an Alliance church.
- In agreement with Alliance Canada's vision, mission, and official statements.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Office Management and Supervisory Skills.
- Strategic thinking, planning, process, and project management.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills (presentation, written, verbal).
- Change Management (lead, communicate, engage, resolve conflict, support).
- The work location is at our Mississauga office Tuesday through Thursday with an option to work from home Monday and Friday.
- Some travel is required for meetings and to support large gatherings.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
