Job Title: Administrative Officer - Policy and Procedure Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Calgary Carpet Empire Inc. as a Policy and Procedure Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and administering policies and procedures related to record release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out administrative activities such as coordinating office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release, including processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
