About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Capital Programs Division (CPD) within the Controllers department at MatchaTalent. As a Senior Capital Project Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial advisory and decision support for items related to the company's Capital Program and individual Expenditure Requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze new projects proposed for inclusion in the Business Plan.
  • Review and analyze capital projects proposed for funding actions.
  • Represent Controllers on various project gate reviews.
  • Review complex questions related to capital projects and prepare and present recommendations to Controllers management.
  • Provide policy and project funding guidance as required.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Perform detailed analysis of post-project performance and present findings to management.
Requirements
  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering with a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA being desirable.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in various industries including financial analysis, project evaluations, project controls, process/change management, or strategy/management consulting.
  • Possess leadership skills and experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems which are highly desirable.
  • Show significant experience within one or more industries potentially allowing you to be considered a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish personal credibility with various internal clients and excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Be a team player capable of working across business lines to add value and achieve team objectives.
  • Have the ability to plan and coordinate your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strategy, corporate finance, and accounting skills including the ability to evaluate industry and individual company information.
  • Be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Possess demonstrated project management skills and the ability to offer logical and innovative solutions to complex client issues.
  • Be willing to travel as required.
