Senior Capital Project Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Capital Project Analyst in the Capital Programs Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial advisory and decision support for capital projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze new projects proposed for inclusion in the business plan.
- Provide comments on capital projects proposed for funding actions.
- Represent Controllers on various project gate reviews.
- Review complex questions related to capital projects and prepare recommendations for Controllers management.
- Provide policy and project funding guidance as required.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering with a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project evaluations, project controls, process management, or strategy consulting.
- Possess leadership skills and experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Significant experience in one or more industries, potentially allowing you to be considered a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish personal credibility with internal clients and excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Be a team player capable of working across business lines to add value and achieve team objectives.
- Have the ability to plan and coordinate your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strategy, corporate finance, and accounting skills, including the ability to evaluate industry and individual company information.
- Be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Possess demonstrated project management skills and the ability to offer logical and innovative solutions to complex client issues.

The Upstream segment includes crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids exploration, field development, and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and the marketing of crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services, including human resources, finance, and information technology.
