About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team at Phasor Engineering Inc. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of survey assistants in the field, ensuring accurate and efficient survey data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of survey assistants in the field, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collect and record survey data using various equipment and software
  • Interpret design drawings and field data to ensure accurate survey results
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, field leads, and client representatives
  • Supervise and mentor survey assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in surveying, construction, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Technical diploma in geomatics or civil engineering is preferred
