We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Simmi Paul Insurance Agency Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Insurance Sales: Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, respond to their enquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Policy Requirements: Ensure that clients complete all necessary forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements.
- Claims Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Experience in insurance sales or a related field is an asset.
- Languages: Hindi, Urdu, Panjabi (Punjabi).
- Certifications: Provincial or territorial licence.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
- Paid Time Off: Volunteering or personal days.
- Parking: Available.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
