Strategic Health Infrastructure Leader

Fraser Health Authority is seeking an exceptional Strategic Health Infrastructure Leader to spearhead our ground-breaking initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind major capital asset developments worth over $700M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee everything from planning and procurement to partnership arrangements, financing strategies, and construction of strategically vital Long Term Care facility projects in Delta, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Langley.
- Ensure that our projects align seamlessly with Fraser Health's strategic plan, Ministry mandates, project objectives, and long-term sustainability by engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Make key decisions involving Strategic Planning Partners, Project Contractors, Foundations, Regional Hospital District, and Developers, often navigating complex procurement structures and innovative processes.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or a related field, supplemented with ten (10) to fifteen (15) years' recent related experience in progressively more complex and senior management/leadership roles in a large complex health care organization.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, direct and implement large, complex projects, including project management experience in leading project teams and third party participants.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of clinical planning methodologies, capital procurement methods and processes, legal and financial issues in contract development and finalization.
Compensation: The salary for this role is approximately $110,000 - $165,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
