Martial Arts Coach

We are seeking a skilled Martial Arts Coach to join our team at Bisla Martial Arts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes. Your role will also involve motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events, analyzing and evaluating their performance, and observing and evaluating prospective athletes' skills and performance.
In addition to your coaching responsibilities, you will also support newcomers and refugees by recruiting them and providing mentorship programs that pair them with experienced employees. You will also develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions
- Motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events
- Analyzing and evaluating athletes' performance

- Developing and maintaining relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
- Providing cultural competency training to all employees
