About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
