Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Keepers. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Working with Diverse Groups
The Office Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting the social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, as well as providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
