We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Richibucto Food Services inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
