Job Summary

You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Your exceptional customer service skills, paired with a strong work ethic, will contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with new technology and change is essential.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our company offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
