Job DescriptionAs a Senior Medical Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the medical operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You will provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members. You will also champion the company's culture by fostering an inclusive and positive work environment, implementing and overseeing initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and well-being.

- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational delivery of all services and technology solutions, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate scheduling for administrative staff, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal workflow.
- Practitioner Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clinic practitioners, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in supporting physicians' administrative needs and ensuring their operational success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, partners, and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive workplace culture, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Strong proficiency in medical office software and technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
We offer a competitive salary within the range of $63,000 - $66,000 CAD, determined based on your experience, qualifications, skills, and specific needs of the organization.
