Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at European Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and customer service experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English language
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and be willing to relocate.
