Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at OLLIE TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across the country, while ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Optimization: Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, using computer equipment and GPS technology.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Operate and Drive Trucks: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
