Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Canada Cartage System LP. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Load and unload goods
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate
  • FAST (Free and Secure Trade) Program
  • Valid passport
  • Basic security clearance
  • Bondable
  • Criminal record check
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, traveling to various locations across the country. You will be required to work overtime and be away from home for extended periods.
