Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for cleaning meats, preparing special cuts, cutting and trimming standard cuts, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, and removing bones from meat. You will also be required to weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts, price meat products, and sell meats to customers.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and have good hand-eye coordination.
