We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at 1 Stop Meat & Tandoori Hut. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a key role in supporting newcomers and refugees in their transition to our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees
- Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing and transportation
- Support social and labour market integration through language training and skills development
- Recruit and support displaced individuals, such as those from Ukraine or Afghanistan
- Provide mentorship and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, and a strong commitment to supporting newcomers and refugees.
