Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Boreala Management. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the creation, development, and implementation of Compensation programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Development
    • Support the design and implementation of Compensation programs and policies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market assessments and perform benchmarking to ensure our Compensation programs are competitive and equitable.
    • Support pay equity assessments and other compensation analysis to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Research and Data Analysis
    • Conduct general research and data analysis to inform Compensation decisions.
    • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track Compensation data.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to communicate Compensation findings and recommendations.
    • Support client meetings and provide expert advice on Compensation matters.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to achieve Compensation goals.
    • Support other projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience
    • 2 years of related experience in Compensation or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Advanced analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
    • Excellent attention to detail and rigor.
    • Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
    • Fully bilingual (English essential).
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
