Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef who can oversee the preparation and presentation of delicious meals, manage kitchen operations, and ensure that orders are completed on time and meet quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications, ensuring that dishes are visually appealing and meet presentation standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the kitchen, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff supervision.
- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior cooks, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a head chef or in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
