Job Summary

Gauthier Drywall Inc is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in various construction settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Driver's License
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Work Environment

The Insulation Specialist will work in a variety of construction settings, including residential and commercial sites. The work environment will be physically demanding, with frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
