Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Gauthier Drywall Inc. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in various construction settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Driver's License
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Work Environment

The work environment will be noisy, dusty, and hot, with confined spaces. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
