Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at New Creation Christian Child Care Center.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This includes planning and leading activities, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years
  • Plan and lead activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Supervise and support staff, including early childhood educators and assistants
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to licensing regulations and establishing guidelines for behavior
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to child care
  • Prepare reports and observations for parents, guardians, and supervisors
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Medical exam
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
