Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Triple N Triple E Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting.
