**Job Summary**

Wood is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various industries, including oil and gas, energy transition, and petrochemicals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement process designs and solutions for complex projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
  • Conduct process hazard analyses and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work with clients to understand project objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

**Requirements**

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with APEGA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in refining, petrochemicals, or oil and gas industries
  • Proficiency in HYSYS and/or ProMax
  • Ability to conduct hydraulics and process simulations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of process engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
